Charlottesville Wedding Photographer

As a Charlottesville wedding photographer, there is no shortage of stunning locations to host an editorial shoot at all over Virginia. Agecroft is one of the most beautiful gardens to get photos done at. It has a old world European feel to it and a variety of backdrops.

Being a Charlottesville wedding photographer, I have been to so many stunning venues and worked with amazing clients and vendors. But, this shoot was absolutely the best vendor team (they will be listed at the bottom, so be sure to check them out!). Anna Kratoville and I are the founders of Design & Collective Weddings– hosting styled shoots that build community. This was our third and final shoot for 2021. The theme was Secret Garden meets Couture.

We went with a super unique table scape– covered in live moss and framed with florals, this elegant, al fresco dinner table was so gorgeous. Paired with the table, the model work a gown by designer, Claire Pettibone. She specializes in couture, ethereal bridal gowns and wows with every design she comes out with!

The execution of this was all pulled together by the venue’s garden. Florals by Brousseau Events paired with the garden to bring this Secret Garden to life.

Our model, Amelia, was photographed not only by Charlottesville wedding photographer, Renee Jean Photography, but also 8 other photographers from the East Coast. She has such a unique, elegant look and was a dream to work with.
