Ivy Rose Barn Wedding

This stunning Ivy Rose Barn wedding was one for the books. Brett & Zach are the most kind, welcoming couple and it was so evident through the way their family and friends talked about them. Their wedding was full of love and tears (happy ones), and lots of dancing.

When I first saw Ivy Rose Barn online, it was before it was even completed and just a concept sketch. But, the vision behind it was so gorgeous. For an Ivy Rose Barn wedding, you travel out to the Roanoke area of Virginia and tuck into the mountains. The location is perfect and secluded for a private event. Designed by a photographer, Ivy Rose, is the perfect backdrop. It’s neutral, but has exquisite, well thought-out details. Hands down one of the most spacious, luxury bridal suites in Virginia.

Brett and her girls got ready in the gorgeous, neutral bridal suite. When Brett came out in her dress, there wasn’t a dry eye in the room. She was absolutely beautiful and her bridesmaids definitely passed the vibe check– being in complete awe of how stunning she was.

Brett’s first look with her dad was also just the sweetest. He of course thought his girl was so beautiful, but what really made the moment was looking over to see Brett’s sisters and mom tearful in the moment.

The steps at this Ivy Rose Barn wedding were the backdrop for formal photos all day. Adorned with greenery and florals, the white steps were such a beautiful, statement spot for photos.

Can we just take a second and talk about Zach’s reaction to Brett coming down the aisle. Since they didn’t to a first look, this was the first time he saw Brett in her wedding dress. Everyone was tearing up, but have y’all seen so many people ugly cry in a pretty way?

The rest of the day was full of laughter and tears. Brett and Zach danced the night away with their friends and family, had the best food and drinks, and then ended the night with a final dance followed by a sparkler send off.
