One of the best things about being a DC wedding photographer is that there are so many amazing venues within about a four hour drive. Charlottesville, Virginia happens to home some of the most gorgeous venues in the area– including Lydia Mountain Lodge.
Mark and Danielle attended Elon University together and are such a perfect couple. Mark proposed while they were on a trip to Italy– I mean come on? How perfect is that?
Mark and Danielle decided on a dinner party type wedding surrounded by family and friends. From their table settings to their florals, every detail came together to create a stunningly beautiful, love filled wedding. Their wedding on Lydia Mountain was a perfect reflection of their love. They surround themselves with people who love them and genuinely want the best for them.

Their wedding flowed around a multiple course meal, heartfelt speeches, beautiful florals, and of course their family and friends. I just loved the classic elegance of their entire day. The detail Danielle and Mark put into their wedding was seriously amazing. I’m a die hard slate blue fan, with shades of blue and pops of color throughout. The entire wedding was so aesthetically pleasing.
