This classic, elegant styled shoot, by Richmond Wedding Photographer, Renee Jean Photography, came together seamlessly and did not disappoint. Jordan and Dallas, our models, were a newly wed couple who stepped in to model for their 3rd set of wedding images. MakeupbySac did a stunning job with Jordan’s hair and makeup with a classic, soft bridal look.
The inspiration for this shoot was luxury and elegance. I just knew I needed a dress by Elaya Vaughn to be one of the show-stopping details. We went with the Halden wedding dress which is the perfect combination of fine art and detailed luxury, all wrapped up into one dress. The off the shoulder detail pulls this whimsical, stunning look together, along with the rough edged tulle that is the skirt and train.
Rosewood Floral Design is one of my all time favorite wedding florists and I was thrilled that they were available for the shoot. They came up with the most stunning, elegant bridal bouquet I have ever seen. The way Rosewood Floral Design uses florals and greenery to frame not only the bouquet, but also the bride’s arms, is just so gorgeous and detail oriented.
Not a florist, but definitely with an eye for florals, Kadi Bakes, a fine art wedding cake designer made the most stunning cake I have ever seen. Using dried florals, she took an already stunning cake to the next level.
All of these details came together in the beautiful, The Estate at River Run, wedding venue. The Estate is a new wedding venue near Richmond, Virginia and is a culmination of all things luxury and elegant. Kim Moody and her fellow owners did an amazing job bringing together intricate details to adorn the Estate. It’s a photographer’s and bride’s dream– the bridal suite is something out of the ultimate pinterest board. The entire venue is full of nooks and hallways that are absolutely perfect for fine art portraiture. I would even go so far as to say, this is Virginia’s most beautiful, versatile venue.
All in all, a team of amazing wedding vendors came together to create beautiful art in a time where the world desperately needs some positivity and beauty.
